If necessary and/or if you do not have the house plan, we can see the interior space you want to design in person. We will measure the interior space and make a photo documentation of the current state of your house/flat.
• We will supply you with a 2D layout that outlines the placement of furniture and other items.
• We will create a MOODBOARD of your space – a proposed colour, style, furnishings

As a bonus, we provide our clients with a 3D layout of the space, to help them better visualize the future interior space.

WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH A LIST OF FURNISHINGS AND MATERIALS TO BUY

The list will help you to request price quotations from suppliers and to make purchases.

It includes:

– a list of furnishings such as lamps, chairs, sofas, furniture elements, etc.

– a list of used colors and materials (wallpapers, paints, decors…)

– a list of recommended and verified suppliers

WE WILL PREPARE ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION

The documentation includes drawings of location of final outlets as designed.

The visualization is not enough for every craftsman to lay tiles, create furniture, or install utilities with the right dimensions and at the right position to meet your expectations according to the interior design.

Make sure you leave no room for uncertainty and let us prepare you the execution documentation. Based on that you will be able to know exactly how much material to order, and the craftsman will be able to know exactly what to charge and carry out.

MAKE USE OF MANAGEMENT OF INTERIOR REALIZATION

If you are looking for a reliable partner for the entire implementation process, you can use our implementation management service. We will draw up a budget for you, recommend the most suitable suppliers and secure the best possible prices.

TOTAL BUDGET PREPARATION– we will request price quotations from suppliers and prepare a comprehensive budget for you. Each of our clients is given the opportunity to purchase goods from our suppliers at special conditions, which we have obtained due to the amount of our works and years of cooperation with our partners.

CHOOSING MATERIALS AND COLORS – we will prepare samples of materials, paints, wallpapers and ITEMS and together we will agree on the final selection.

ORDERING GOODS AND SERVICES – after approving the budget, we will prepare orders with suppliers and validate payment and terms of delivery.

SCHEDULING THE REALIZATION PROCESS – we will agree on the beginning and completion of the realization with the suppliers as well as the individual sequence of the steps of the delivery of goods and services.

SUPERVISION OVER THE REALIZATION PROCESS – we monitor the realization process continually; we supervise over the delivery of the goods. We also oversee whether the contractors carry out the works in line with particular orders. Throughout the entire process of realization, we inform our clients about the development and suggest the most suitable solutions in case of any problems.

REPORTING AND TAKING THE DELIVERY – our clients can rely on us as we verify the delivery dates and check the deadlines and prices of the goods and works. Likewise, our clients do not need to collect goods from individual suppliers.
